Residences

The residents of Pearl Marzouq enjoy a setting and view like no other in Kuwait. Located only a few steps from the promenade of the Scientific Center, the building looks out over the Arabian Gulf and is a self-sufficient mixed use complex with all necessities and even luxuries, contained within the premises. The Pearl Marzouq residences are distributed over 3 residential blocks and 9 storeys. The residence types are as follows:

Penthouses

The crown jewels of Pearl Marzouq Complex occupy the upper most level overlooking the Ras area with breathtaking unobstructed views. Of the 16 penthouses in the complex, half are 3-bedroom penthouses and the others are 2-bedroom penthouses. Spacious living areas are flooded with daylight and served with an open style kitchen. The main entrance leads to a long corridor which feeds into the service areas (kitchen and maid’s quarter), the living areas (living and dining) and the sleeping areas (two or three en-suite bedrooms).

Duplexes

The 112 duplex apartments are typical with miniscule variations depending on the location in relation to orientation and positioning in the block. Typically, the apartment is accessed at a split level, with the stairs leading to the living quarters downstairs and up to the sleeping quarters. The lower floor accesses an open space fit for living and dining areas with a recessed balcony and a set of windows. This area is supported by a guest bathroom, a kitchen, and a maid’s bedroom with its own bathroom. The upper sleeping areas have two bedrooms sharing a recessed V-balcony, a playroom (guest bedroom), and two bathrooms; one of which is inside the master bedroom.
